SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Time

After receiving cleared payment, all items are dispatched within 1-2 working days (Mon-F). All of our Fine Art Prints are printed on demand and just for you, with great attention to our quality standards using a Giclée process. We only use materials made in the UK and produce everything ourselves in our London studio.

Once your order is placed, we immediately begin formatting and printing your order from our London-based Studio and aim to dispatch your order by the next working day.

Estimated Delivery times & Costs:

Once an order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

You will be able to monitor the status of your shipment on the Royal Mail website: www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

UK: 1-2 Business Days (Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - FREE);

Europe: 2-5 Business Days (Royal Mail Tracked - £11);

USA: 2-7 Business Days (Royal Mail Tracked - £15). Please be advised, that delivery times for the US customers do not include customs clearance;

Rest of the World: 3-14 Business Days (Royal Mail Tracked - £15).

Delivery times are subject to change by Royal Mail and we are unable to guarantee a delivery date.

International delivery may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes — these are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. FlowerOfLondon is not responsible for these charges. If they are applied they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
