Refund policy

Fine Art Prints are printed to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, as your satisfaction is our #1 priority we have established a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the return have been accepted, you have 14 days to post the item back to us. Returns outside of this period will not be valid and therefore will not be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Postage costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for covering postage costs for returned items, with the exception of damaged items on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the team on thefloweroflondon@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding return.

No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise or custom charges levied for overseas orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations
We can only accept cancellations on printed items if you notify us within 2 hours of your purchase, as our processing begins immediately afterwards. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital Downloads are deemed as used upon delivery and as such are not eligible for returns or cancellations. Due to the nature of printables all sales are final. However should you run into a technical issue or are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, we will happily work with you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
